We, the
owners of apartments in the “Paradise Hill Residence” complex, are deeply concerned about the
catastrophic deterioration of our residential complex and the
blatant lack of transparency in the management company’s operations.
While
the infrastructure continues to degrade, the
maintenance fee (aidat) has increased by 927% over the last four years, and now we are being
forced to accept another increase of 58.51%!📌 Meanwhile, the euro exchange rate has only increased by 434% (4.34 times), while the aidat has risen nearly 10 times!This means that
we are paying nine times more, yet living in conditions that are worsening. Our money is not being used for improvements but rather for the destruction of our complex!Critical Issues Requiring Immediate Action:• Swimming Pools: Dirty sunbeds, lack of proper maintenance, broken changing cabins.
• Children’s Water Slides: Unstable operation during the season.
• Fountain: Did not function throughout the summer of 2024.
• Public Toilets: Broken flush buttons, no soap.
• Children’s Playroom: Broken locks, unsanitary conditions, dirty windows.
• Playground: Worn-out equipment, broken swings —
a safety hazard for children!• Billiard Room: No balls or cues, broken tables, dirt. The table tennis setup is completely destroyed.
• Sauna & Hammam: Inconsistent operation, no cleaning, the steam room has not functioned for several years, the air conditioner is broken.
• Gym: Malfunctioning equipment, no air conditioning, unsafe inventory.
• Tennis Court & Game Area: The surface is completely worn out, making it unplayable; nets are torn.
• Landscaping: Lawns are destroyed, thuja trees are dying, roses are withered. Tree trimming is done in a barbaric manner.
• Security: Virtually non-existent —
any stranger can enter the territory. The two upper gates are unguarded.
• Electric Generator: Operates with interruptions — high risk of power outages at critical moments.
• Garages: Some garages have leaking ceilings due to improper water drainage from the playground.
We Have Found an Experienced Lawyer and Are Ready to File a Lawsuit!We have hired a lawyer with extensive experience in such cases, who has already reviewed the financial documents and conducted a preliminary analysis.
